Ian has over 30 years of experience in the real estate field not only as a real estate broker and manager but also as an investor, builder and mortgage broker. Ian puts the needs of his agents and clients first and strives to make the home purchase or sale a stress free, enjoyable experience for his clients and strives to provide the utmost support for his agents. Ian's wisdom, integrity, market knowledge, communication and superior negotiating ability allow others to place their trust in him. Ian received both his undergraduate degree in Architecture and Environmental Design and his MBA at the University of Colorado Boulder.

VACATION WHERE YOU LIVE! After spending most of my career in College and University Admissions and Alumni Affairs/Development at Cornell University I retired to the North Carolina Coast. Based on my previous experience I found a new career in Real Estate which I love!
