I came from the Northern Virginia area to buy in the Wilimington area. I sold my house within one weekend in Virginia and had to find something quickly. Ian was recommended by my friends neighbor. I met him, told him what i wanted for a home/condo. While in Wilmington last June we looked at a lot of houses. He set up a portal so that i could continue to look at homes when i returned to Massachusetts. And quickly understood what i wanted Returned in February.
